Appointments

Appointments are not required, but highly recommended. Online booking is available 24/7.

All appointments must be confirmed with a credit card via Fresha, our online booking system at least 48 hours prior to appointment time.

Tardy Arrivals

At Brava Hair Co., we value punctuality so every client gets the care and attention they deserve. We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, just give us a call as soon as you can. Please note that arriving late might mean we can not complete all scheduled services, depending on your stylist's availability. Also, any same day changes - like removing services - will be treated as a same day cancellation.

Cancellations

We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can accommodate all of our clients as best as possible.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Significant changes made within that time frame, including removal of services may also be treated as a same day cancellation.

Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) will be charged 100% of the services booked. Any outstanding balance for unpaid cancelation or no-show fees must be cleared before future booking will be accepted. Clients with frequent no-shows or last minute cancellations may result in a forfeiture of future booking privileges.

Color & Service Guidelines

Our color formulas are special and unique to Brava Hair Co - we keep them confidential to make sure you get safe, consistent, and personalized results every time.

For some chemical services, we may ask for a consultation or a strand/patch test before your appointment to keep things safe and smooth.

​

We believe integrity always comes first. Certain hair conditions mean we can't provide a service that would give you the best result or keep your hair healthy. In those cases, we may need to say no- but don't worry, we'll always chat with you about the best options,

Children & Guests (human or fur)

To maintain a relaxing and safe environment for all guests and staff, we kindly ask that you limit visitors during your appointment. Our space is designed to comfortably accommodate clients and stylists only, so bringing additional guests is discouraged unless absolutely necessary.

For the safety of everyone, children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times and may not be left unattended during any appointment.

While we absolutely love animals, we are not a pet-friendly salon due to health and safety regulations. However, trained service animals (defined by the ADA) are always welcome. Please note that emotional support animals are not considered service animals and will not be permitted in the salon.

Refunds - Service & Products

We stand fully behind the quality of the products we offer! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. Unopened products are eligible for a full refund, while gently used items may be exchanged for another product. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Service Satisfaction-

We do not offer refunds on services. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 10 days so we can schedule a complimentary adjustment with the original service provider. Adjustments must be scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment,

Photo Release

We love celebrating our clients and the amazing hair magic that happens here at Brava Hair Co! From stunning transformations to fresh cuts and color, we occasionally snap photos or videos during or after your appointment to share on our social media and website.

By receiving services at Brava Hair Co, you are giving us permission to use these images for promotional purposes - but don't worry, we'll always air to show you at your absolute best!

If you prefer not to be photographed or featured, just let your stylist know - we respect your privacy.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

Personal Belongings

We want you to have the best time with us, but please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during your visit.

If you'd like, we do have robes available for client use for added comfort and to keep your clothes safe during your service.

Payment

We happily accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo as well as contactless payments.

​

Brava Hair Co. gift cards are non-refundable & expire 3 years after purchase date. They can not be replaced if lost or damaged.
